Our company’s success depends on the efforts and successes of our employees, so we believe employees should share in the company’s success in a meaningful way. In order to make this happen, we started an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) in 1999. An ESOP is a retirement plan, similar to a 401K, but contributions to an employee’s ESOP account are made at no out of pocket cost to the employee. Employees that participate in the ESOP are part owners of the company and benefit financially from the company’s success, a product of their efforts.
